Cremation costs vary depending on whether you choose direct cremation or include a visitation, funeral, or memorial service. Contact us for current pricing and an explanation of the available options.

  • What is the difference between direct cremation and cremation with a funeral service?

Direct cremation includes care and cremation without a visitation or formal service. Cremation with a service allows family and friends to gather for a visitation, funeral, or memorial. The gathering may take place before or after cremation.

Our direct cremation service includes a cremation container. If you would like a viewing or funeral before cremation, we will explain the appropriate casket and container options for your arrangements.

  • Is embalming always necessary?

Embalming needs depend on the arrangements selected and the circumstances. Our funeral director will explain whether embalming is necessary for your plans and discuss available alternatives.

  • Can we personalize a funeral or memorial service?

Yes. Music, photographs, video tributes, readings, meaningful belongings, and family traditions can all help tell your loved one’s story. We work with your family to create a personal tribute.

  • Do you help arrange military honors for veterans?

Yes. We help coordinate military funeral honors for eligible veterans and assist families with related paperwork. Please bring your loved one’s DD-214 or discharge documents, if available.

We also offer veterans and first responders $500 off our traditional burial and cremation packages and $300 off direct cremation.

  • Can I plan my funeral or cremation in advance?

Yes. We can help you record your wishes for burial or cremation, services, music, and other details. There is no obligation or payment required simply to document your preferences. Funding arrangements in advance is a separate option we can discuss with you. Visit our Pre-Plan page to get started.

  • Can I transfer a prepaid funeral arrangement from another funeral home?

Please contact us with a copy of your existing arrangement and any related insurance or trust documents. We can review the paperwork with you and discuss whether a transfer is possible, including any differences in services or costs.

  • What should we bring to the arrangement meeting?

Helpful items include your loved one’s personal information, a recent photograph, clothing, cemetery paperwork, insurance information, and any existing funeral plan. For veterans, bring discharge papers if available. If something is missing, call us—we can help you prepare.

  • How do we obtain death certificates, and how many will we need?
